How far in advance should I book?

It is necessary to book in advance, depending on the type of service you wish to hire, the day, time and number of people. For groups, we advise you to book sufficiently in advance to guarantee the service. This time will be longer on dates with holidays or long weekends.

Do I need to pay in advance?

If you make your booking through our website or in advance at reception, payment is made at that time. We recommend these methods because when you arrive at our facilities, the only thing you'll want to do is start enjoying the experience as soon as possible. However, if you book by phone or email, we will ask for your card number and expiration date and charge it directly.

What happens if I can’t attend on the reserved date?

Our cancellation and modification policy is simple. Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the booked date and time by email. How can I gift Hammam Palacio Nazarí services?

There are different ways to purchase our services as Gift Cards. Through our website, you will receive an email with a PDF that you can download and print if you wish. At the Hammam reception, you can buy a physical card with an envelope. The price and expiration date won’t appear on the card. It can be valid for one or more people and is valid for one year. In any case, the validity will always be clearly stated when you receive it so you won’t have any doubts when booking. Please note that no full or partial refunds will be made for gift cards.

Is there a special price for groups?

We do not have a special price for groups. If you are more than 10 people, it is necessary to make the reservation more than 5 days in advance to be able to manage it and it is subject to availability. A deposit of half the amount of the reservation will be required.

Our facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility. We recommend contacting reception when booking so they can advise you on which rituals and services you can enjoy comfortably, and arrange a changing room that suits your needs.

The facilities are sanitized and disinfected daily and continuously. The water in the thermal baths is treated with bromine, a product that maintains its disinfectant properties up to 40°C, without producing any odor or irritating the mucous membranes or eyes.

Can I choose if the masseur is male or female?

All our massage therapists are qualified to provide therapy tailored to your needs and to offer the best possible care during your massage.
